Terms of Service

By filling out our on-site order form and submitting it to us, New World Essays, you , the customer, are a party to, and bound by, the Terms of Service agreement. That order form sets out a list of directives which will be followed by the writing staff of New world Essays in order to prepare your paper, which will be emailed to you by the agreed upon date and time and for the price listed on the form by us. You are herewith advised to contact New World Essays by phone or email in the event you do not receive your work.

The customer agrees that said paper is only representative of research which can and should be done by the customer. It is intended as a sample essay and is NOT meant to replace the customer's own work. We at New World Essays do NOT contenance nor do we abet plagiarism in any form. We will NOT participate in any attempt by the customer to plagiarize or cheat on his/her school work. The customer agrees that he/she is not the author of the paper created by newworldessays.com and that he/she will make no claim to that effect.

We promise the delivery of an original work which fits the description spelled out on the order form. In the event that this paper should not sufficiently meet the description which was specified before the order was placed, New World Essays agrees to provide as many revisions as is necessary to bring the paper into complete and total compliance with the specific requirements.

You, the customer, may not amend the order form once our writing staff has begun work on the paper. Revision requests must be submitted to us within ten (10) days of delivery of the work. Delivery is presumed to have been made when the paper is emailed to the the customer at the email address provided by the customer. NO revision requests will be considered after this time. Cash refunds are NOT given under any circumstances once the paper has been delivered to the customer.

In the event that circumstances not foreseen by this agreement should occur and a refund is deemed necessary, the customer hereby agrees to cover all technical expense of the refund procedure. The customer agrees to allow New World Essays to determine the method of refund. New World Essays will not be held liable for any technical difficulties or delays in the delivery of said paper which are caused by the failure, fault or conditions of the customer's email server or ISP (Internet Service Provider).

All document files from this site, whether downloaded by you or sent to you by NEWWORLDESSAYS.COM via any mode of deliver are licensed to you by NEWWORLDESSAYS.COM We do not transfer title of the the material to you. NEWWORLDESSAYS.COM retaints full and complete right, title and interest in and to the intellectual property rights therein. You may not redistribute or sell the contents of the file.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of TEXAS, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You and NEWWORLDESSAYS.COM each agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the state of TEXAS and the federal courts of the TEXAS FEDERAL DISTRICT. If any provision of this Agreement shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this Agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions, and such provisions shall be deemed modified so that its purpose can be lawfully effectuated and enforced. This is the entire agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter herein. There is no other agreement, express or implied.
