REFUND POLICY

Refunds

We cannot offer a refund once delivery of the paper is made. We warrant the paper to be as agreed upon under our terms of service. The customer has ten (10) days to ask for revision of the paper. Should the customer desire a rewrite or revision on the grounds that the terms were not met we will revise the paper until the customer is satisfied. Should we not be able to deliver the paper a refund will be issued. Refunds will only be made through PayPal.

Exchanges

Exchanges or changes of topic will only be made if a writer has not yet accepted the assignment to write the paper. After this point the paper is deemed to be in progress and no exchanges are permitted.

Cancellations

The paper may be cancelled if request is made within six hours of ordering the work by sending an email to: administration@newworldessays.com or by toll free call to New World Essays: Ph. 1-866-978-2750 in the U.S. The customer is responsible for any expense involved in the cancellation of the order.
